Tool Engineering Technician (m/f/d)

The following tasks are part of your job:

• Maintenance of injection molding tools.
• Repair of tools.
• CNC knowledge wire-cutting or general CNC knowledge
• Work on "conventional" machines (drilling, grinding, milling, turning, eroding)
• Support in the construction of new tools and modifications.
• Documenting work on tools in modification lists and CVs.
• Maintenance work on machines
• Responsible independent work

Your duties will include the following:

• Setting and starting up modern equipment
• Setting up the tools
• Servicing and minor maintenance work
• Rectification of plant malfunctions
• Correcting parameters
• Monitoring of processes

What you bring to the table:

• You have completed vocational training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) in the field of plastics/rubber or comparable training.
• You have experience in the field of injection molding as well as in the handling and programming of robots or 3D handling systems
• You are looking for a long-term professional perspective
